MENTAL HEALTH.

We are all the same in the face of depression.
No matter our backgrounds, we’ve all experienced, at some point in our lives, this feeling of void inside our hearts, this feeling of loneliness bringing us down, regardless of how much our loved ones care for us.
Don’t ever forget that you’re not alone. We all have our stories.
That’s why I felt the need to share, humbly, my story with Outlier. That’s why we wanted to share, in Sapiens, the anger which can cause mockery of people affected by mental illness.

« We all can experience mental health problems, whatever our background or walk of life. But the risk of experiencing mental ill-health is not equally distributed across our society. Those who face the greatest disadvantages in life also face the greatest risk to their mental health.
