Un manifeste entier est disponible sur la page : vous pouvez y tagguer vos député·es, vos syndicats, et le relayer au maximum de personnes. Faisons cesser l'omerta politico-médiatique sur cette question de droits humain.

10 years after the criminalization of clients, the finding is unequivocal: this law endangers s*x workers. It perpetuates decades of repressive policies.

Criminalization of clients, criminalization of solidarity and mutual aid among s*x workers, local bylaws: everything pushes people into hiding. Less safety, less healthcare, fewer rights. People of color, exiled people, trans people and undocumented people pay the heaviest price.

Human rights are not conditional. Criminalization drives people away from healthcare, weakens prevention, and exposes them to violence. Decriminalization saves lives. Criminalization does not fight exploitation — it makes it worse. Depriving exiled people of rights exposes them to exploitation.

These policies are racist. They are LGBTQI+phobic. A feminism that decides on behalf of women is not feminism. S*x workers ask to be listened to, not saved. A feminist policy is built with people, never against them.

Decriminalization is the only policy that protects rights, health, and safety.
