Ce week-end, de15h à minuit, STAY ARTY vous donne rendez-vous à La Générale Nord-Est où Sébastien Jamain (réalisateur) et Alexandre Moisescot (réalisateur, metteur en scène et cofondateur de la Compagnie Gérard Gérard) travailleront, en public le montage du film « Refaire Surface » consacré à ce laboratoire de création parisien. Leur poste de travail sera inscrit à l’intérieur d’un dispositif multimédia : les visiteurs auront l’occasion de découvrir plusieurs années d’archivage audio-visuel autant que le travail de sa mise-en-forme. Ce rendez-vous offrira un aperçu spécial qui permettra à tous de partager la visée multidimensionnelle du collectif.

Installation multimédia, concerts, théorie-manifeste, projection, comédie, ateliers, rencontres, animations et invités surprises vous attendent pendant deux jours.

The bells have rung again for CARMA. Olivier Philippe's short movie has just won the Best Action/Crime Short award of the January 2018 competition!

After having won awards and having been selected eleven times in cities worldwide, from Paris to LA, La Jolla, New York, Chicago Vancouver and Calcutta, it is now London's turn to give CARMA a clap!

Thank you to the London Independent Film Awards for its support and recognition.

And so, as a present for those jumping on the bandwagon, here's the synopsys:

Carma is a very special Call Girl. When we call her up, it is generally not to fulfil a fantasy, but to complete a mission that only she can accomplish. The type of task that would definitely not be given to the police.

Carma is more than a femme fatale, she is a fatal weapon. And in her field, she is the best. One night however, when she is asked to meet up with a man in a great Parisian hotel, she hesitates to go. For a former Special Forces agent, retrieving a briefcase from the mafia in a hotel room shouldn’t be an issue, but she doesn’t yet realise that an event in her personal life is suddenly going to change the game. This time, she will need to fight against her worst enemy: herself…
