We are excited to announce that Europtima is hiring in Egypt and looking for talented individuals to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Cost Manager / Cost Estimation Engineer / Quantity Surveyor to join our growing cost management team.

You will support the preparation of cost plans, budgets, and estimates, assist in tendering and procurement, and help track project costs and financial performance across various large-scale projects.
 
Key Responsibilities.
·      Assist in preparing cost plans, budgets, and detailed estimates.
·      Support tender preparation, procurement analysis, and bid evaluations.
·      Monitor project expenditures and update cost reports.
·      Contribute to variations, interim valuations, and final accounts.
·      Conduct site visits to verify progress and quantities.
·      Maintain cost records, schedules of rates, and cost databases.
 
Qualifications.
·      bachelor’s degree in civil, Architectural, or Construction Engineering (or a related field).
·      5-7 years of experience in cost management or quantity surveying.
·      Strong numerical, analytical, and reporting skills.
·      Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
·      Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and attention to detail.
