Erik Satie — Gnossienne

Eccentric composer with a great talent Satie, he broke away from romantic complexity and virtuosity, creating a new language of simplicity, perception and atmosphere — almost like music that exists outside of time. His work opened the door to minimalism, nowadays so-called “ambient” music, and a completely different way of listening.

This video is from my concert at Konzerthaus Vienna, part of the cycle “Yury Revich: Classic Revolution”.
