Practicing vinyasa regularly but still unsure if you’re breathing correctly, moving safely—or even wondering what the deeper aim of a yoga practice is?
This experiential workshop is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with the foundations of vinyasa, so your practice can feel more grounded, conscious, sustainable, and uplifting.
We will explore the five essential elements of Vinyasa Krama—the principles that support a mindful and embodied practice:
• Breath (Ujjayi) – learning how breath guides movement and awareness
• Bandha (Mula Bandha) – cultivating subtle internal support and stability
• Drishti (Gaze) – using focus to enhance balance and presence
• Conscious Movement – linking breath and movement with clarity
• Intention – reconnecting to yoga as union and inner awareness
Through a balance of theory and guided practice, we will explore these elements through variations of different Sun Salutations. By slowing down and repeating familiar movements, we create space to refine technique.
Our workshops are non-refundable.
