Exciting news! We’re launching our spring 2024 “Baking in Paris” tours this Saturday, October 28th. We have 2 dates set for May.

Join us for a 9-day pastry adventure, learning the art of French pastry with , a classically trained pastry chef, exploring the iconic Champagne region, and tasting the créme de la créme of Parisian pastries.

With only 8 spots available on each trip, this small-group experience ensures personalized attention and a chance to meet like-minded friends!

Baking in Paris Day 9: Our last full day in Paris ended with one of our favorite classes - Fraisiers! A delicious pastry layered with sponge cake, mousseline cream, strawberries, and chantilly cream. We started the day at the local market to check out the brocante and food stalls and then made our way to the baking studio for one last time while taught the group how to make this classic French pastry!
