FITE 2024 : VOYAGE ENTRE TRADITIONS ET CREATIONS CONTEMPORAINES Organisé tous les deux ans à Clermont-Ferrand, le FITE-Biennale textile a été lancé début juillet. L'occasion à travers plusieurs expositions, dont certaines...

🇨🇵 Le FITE se transforme et devient FITE - Biennale Textile - Clermont-Ferrand !
Pour accompagner ce changement, Simon Njami, auteur, commissaire et critique d'art, devient le président de l'association HS_Projets initiatrice du FITE.
Le FITE change également ses façons de collaborer car la biennale sera désormais coproduite avec le pays partenaire de l'année impaire. En 2025, la biennale aura lieu au Brésil grâce à la collaboration du et du .fr
Les années paires, le FITE sera toujours présent à Clermont-Ferrand et Cervières. Sa semaine d'ouverture sera du 2 au 7 juillet 2024!
Tous ces différents changements nécessitent une plus grande organisation et anticipation, ainsi qu'un soutien renouvelé de notre communauté depuis 12ans, qui se reflète notamment dans votre adhésion (lien en bio)
🇬🇧 The FITE is changing its name in "FITE - Textile Biennial" but also its chairman: Simon Njami, author, curator and art critic, becomes president of HS_Projets association, which he knows well, for having initiated the FITE with us.
The FITE also changes its ways to collaborate because from now on, it will be co-produced with the country in which the biennial will be held in an odd-numbered year. So in 2025 the biennial will take place in Brazil, thanks to the Sesc São Paulo and the Consulat général de France à São Paulo.
Finaly during even-years the FITE will still be in Clermont-Ferrand but also in Cervières and will have its opening week from 2 to 7 July 2024!
All these different changes require greater organisation and anticipation, as well as stronger support from the community that has supported the FITE for 12 years. This is reflected first and foremost in your membership (link in bio)
