Well done to Chris and Dee - Team Runners Refuge ;-) - for finishing 5th and 6th (joint 5th) in the womens category at the Grand Trail Courmayeur 90km yesterday! :-)

High trails are still a bit snowy but that didn't stop us this week! :-)
