IBC is always a whirlwind: energizing, packed, and buzzing with innovation. This year, we were proud to once again stand alongside our clients and curate a series of unique activations designed to spark conversations, strengthen connections, and celebrate the broadcasting industry.

💡 Among the highlights, a women’s panel session set by the canals brought together five inspiring voices to share authentic perspectives on mentorship, leadership, balancing motherhood and career, AI, and the future of broadcasting. The setting was as powerful as the discussions themselves.

🍸 In true Amsterdam style, we organized a Red Night happy hour which lit up the city center with bold energy. From the red-toned venue walls to the DJ’s outfit, cocktails, bracelets, and Asian fusion bites—every detail echoed the theme. A DJ and violinist duo set the rhythm with RnB beats, making networking as vibrant and dynamic as the canals just outside.

Between sparkling canals, bursts of sunshine, and a touch of Amsterdam rain, this year was about trust, creativity, and delivering experiences that leave a mark.

🍽️ Across all four days, we delivered a catering service featuring locally sourced ingredients, prepared with care and served with passion. Each meal wasn’t just about nourishing attendees; it was about showcasing the best of our region’s culinary expertise while minimizing our environmental impact. Supporting local suppliers means we’re not only reducing our carbon footprint but also strengthening the local economy.

📸🎥 As a one-stop-shop event agency, we also provided full photo and video coverage throughout the tradeshow. This allowed our client to seamlessly share their journey and connect with their audience on social media. From candid moments at the booth to keynote session, we captured it all, ensuring their message reached far beyond the event floor.
