Let's learn how to Read a Fauna Card in ARCTICA 🐋

Every Fauna card represents an animal your ecosystem can develop, and each part of the card has a specific meaning:
🔧 Generation: short generation animals (orange) are placed on the right of your board, while long generation animals (blue) go to the left.
💰 Cost: the number of cards you must discard from your hand to play it.
🐟 Prerequisite: some cards require specific badges in your ecosystem before they can be played
⚡ Play Effect: when you play this card by taking the Fauna action, resolve the effects shown in this box.
🔄 Reproduction: when the animal reproduces, place a Fauna token according to its type. The badge(s) indicate the species: 🐟 Fish 🦐 Invertebrates 🦉 Birds 🐻 Land Mammals 🐬 Marine Mammals
✨ Ability: grants a specific bonus when activated.
❗️ Endangered Badge: some Fauna have a special badge Endagered.
🌱 End of game biodiversity Points: points scored at the end of the game for having this animal in your ecosystem.
📛 Name & Flavor Text: ordinary & Latin name + a little lore about the animal, to immerse you in Arctic wildlife.
