“Had a truly special dinner service at Le7 Bordeaux with Chef Romain and Chef Mari. It’s always a different kind of joy to watch a menu I’ve created being brought to life in another kitchen — interpreted with such intention, plated with care, and served with genuine passion.

The team at Le7 put their heart into every course. The finesse, the balance, the technique… it all came together so beautifully. Standing there and seeing guests enjoy each dish reminded me why collaboration in this industry is such a privilege.

Grateful for the trust, the warmth, and the openness the chefs showed me tonight. Bordeaux has this rare charm where food, people, and culture blend so effortlessly — and evenings like this make it feel like a second home.
