Erasmus+ Project: AROMATIC HORIZONS

On 4–5 May 2026, our project partners came together in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, for the second Transnational Project Meeting. We were warmly welcomed by our Dutch partner, Stichting de Bij en Wij, at their educational farm—a peaceful green oasis in the heart of a vibrant city.
This meeting was an important milestone, allowing us to align our efforts and ensure that our project results deliver maximum impact.

✨ Highlights from the meeting:

✅ Quality Review
We carried out a comprehensive review of the training modules developed under Activity 1, with a focus on cultivation methods and economic value.
✅ Digital Plant Guide Development
Partners presented their latest research for the upcoming digital plant catalogue, ensuring that all plant descriptions meet the highest quality standards.
✅ Planning the Next Steps
We discussed preparations for the Piloting and Multiplier Events, where we aim to engage more than 120 learners and 80 stakeholders.
✅ Strengthening Our Online Presence
The partnership reviewed progress on our website and social media channels to keep our growing community informed, connected, and engaged.
A big thank you to Stichting de Bij en Wij for their hospitality and for providing such an inspiring setting for collaboration. Together, we continue to cultivate knowledge, innovation, and sustainable impact across Europe. 🌱💚

The past 3 months have been incredibly intense — but also very rewarding.
Together with our organizations across Europe (mostly topcoach.sk, e-square.fr and e-expert.at, we successfully submitted 33 Erasmus+ KA220 applications, 4 Erasmus+ KA210 applications, and 2 Capacity Building applications in the latest Erasmus+ call.
It has been a demanding journey, but teamwork, trust, and strong partnerships made it possible.
A huge thank you to all the partners who believe in us and continue building meaningful collaborations with us. Special thanks to my colleagues Nikola Poláková and Zuzana Kusá, who worked tirelessly on project writting and preparation, partnership building, and communication with potential partners.
Now we shift our focus from proposal writing back to projects; implementation — and start preparing for the next challenge: Horizon programme applications.
