Vacancy exist for the position of General Administration Assistant to be based at the company's Head Office, Suva. The successful incumbent will report directly to General Manager through the Human Resources Manager. He/She will be responsible for the following tasks and duties:
• Handling petty cash (Suva)
• CIT Timesheet verification
• Help in checking payroll after processing
• Cash wages handling
• Wage Record keeping (Weekly Reconciliation)
• Leave Records keeping
• Prepare banking
• Setting monthly VIT’s
• Entering daily VIT’s (ATM Runs & Cash Transfer)
• Filing of monthly invoices.
• Executing any extra instructions from GM
• Maintaining inventory stock.
