With deep sorrow we announce the passing of our beloved Grandfather, Father, Uncle and Brother, Niko Vonokula Yacalevu who passed away on the 25th of May, 2026.

Born on the 1st of May, 1961, Niko was a man of unwavering faith, A true man of God, Niko’s life was a testament to faith, love, and service. He carried himself with grace and kindness, always placing his trust in the Lord.
Although he will be sorely missed, Niko leaves behind a legacy of devotion and compassion - his spirit will live on in the lives he touched.

His unwavering love and kindness touched the lives of all who knew him and he will be profoundly missed but fondly remembered for his kindhearted spirit and dedication to his family, friends, the Church and the Vanua. His enduring legacy of love and humility will continue to touch the lives of all who knew him

Born on the 17th of February, 1961, Taito was a man of unwavering faith, A true man of God, Taito’s life was a testament to faith, love, and service. He carried himself with grace and kindness, always placing his trust in the Lord.
Although he will be sorely missed, Taito leaves behind a legacy of devotion and compassion - his spirit will live on in the lives he touched.

In Loving Memory of Saimoni Raikuna

“But man dies and is laid low; He breathes his last and where is he? As the waters fail from the sea, And the river dwindles and dries up, So man lies down and does not rise; Till the heavens are no more, They will not awake Nor be roused from their sleep.”

With the humble acceptance of God's will, we announce the passing of our Father, Grandfather, Uncle and Brother Saimoni Raikuna who died peacefully in his sleep on Thursday 21st May, 2026 at the age of 75. Born on 8th of July, 1950, Saimoni was a man of unwavering faith.

A true man of God, Saimoni’s life was a testament to faith, love, and service. He carried himself with grace and kindness, always placing his trust in the Lord. He served with distinction in various capacities within the Vanua, the Church, and his beloved Country; leaving behind a great legacy that speaks volumes of his unwavering Dedication to his Faith in God, his family, and to his country

Saimoni will be profoundly missed and fondly remembered for his kind spirit and dedication to his family, friends, the Church and the Vanua. Whilst we all grieving the tremendous loss; we are comforted that his life was one of Love, Service, and Profound Faith. His enduring legacy of love and humility will continue to touch the lives of all who knew him.
