Final Thursday of Term 3 deserves its own team photo - particularly because we said goodbye to our good friend Chiara tonight (orange singlet) after two years of workouts. We're very sad to see her go.
We love the diversity of our Bootcamp community. We talk about it often. We're a lovely mix of locals and visitors, the fit, and those still working on building fitness, those with a specific goal, and those choosing us as their long-term workout partner. That's one of the things that make our workouts special. The range of people, abilities, ages, fitness and reasons for being there. We're grateful to all of you for putting yourselves first and choosing us to help keep you on your toes.
The downside of welcoming visitors to our mix, is eventually, they move on. But we are all so much richer for having shared time together, laughed, sweated and challenged each other! Moce mada and sota tale Chiara - let us know when you find your workout crew Namibia side! 😊💪
