Our client , a busy restaurant located in Suva, currently looking for talented CHEFS to fill the following roles:
Sous Chef
Experienced with menu planning, hands on, and able to use locally sourced fresh produce. The ideal candidate must have 5 years in similar role. You are a team player who is able to support the Head Chef to create modern and contemporary seasonal menus that are customer focused. A positive outgoing attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service with attention to detail. You must be able to train and mentor a small team of junior chefs.
Chef de Partie
Previous experience in producing quality meals a must, able to use local produce, hands on. You are a team player who is able to support management team with a positive outgoing attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service and attention to detail. To be successful in any of these roles, you will have unlimited work rights in Fiji, and able to work nights and weekends.

Good evening, our client is a busy Restaurant in Suva, currently looking for talented candidates to fill the following Full Time roles:
Sous Chef : Experienced with menu planning, hands on, and able to use locally sourced fresh produce. You are a team player who is able to support the Head Chef to create modern and contemporary seasonal menus that are customer focused. A positive outgoing attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service with attention to detail. You must be able to train and mentor a small team of junior chefs.
Qualified Pastry Chef: Must have solid working knowledge and be able to make a broad selection of pastries, classic desserts, and cakes. You must have passion for presentation and dedication to delivering flavour. Attention to detail a must as well as capable of working unsupervised.
Production Chef: Previous experience in similar role or large scales restaurant operations. Must have solid experience in events and catering. The ideal person will ensure compliance to procedures, menu specifications and recipes. He or she will ensure timely and efficient preparation for a busy ala carte restaurant as well as events and catering.
To be successful in any of these roles, you will have unlimited work rights in Fiji, and able to work nights and weekends.

EVENTS AND CATERING SALES COORDINATOR
-FULL TIME-
We are looking for a vibrant person to join this busy restaurant in Suva. The ideal person will have excellent presentation and a minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role or in Corporate Sales.
The ideal candidate will undertake administrative duties and prepare sales and related documents, information packages and sales contracts. He/she will maintain a database of clients, sales calls and F2F meetings, and prepare monthly reports to senior management.
Important aspect of the role is to conduct site visit with clients, coordinating event requirements with the kitchen and restaurant team. He/she also needs to answer to queries and communicate promptly via phone and emails with customers. The Events and Catering Coordinator is required to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain an accurate and overall awareness of the entire Restaurant operation, and coordinate functions accordingly and efficiently.
To be successful in any of these roles, you will have unlimited work rights in Fiji, and able to work nights and weekends.
