Amazing Wabu-competition with Synapsi
Gather a group of 4-6 people and complete all the stations as fast as you can. Fastest groups get a prize! The stations are spread throughout Turku centre. Every group starts at the same time so be ready to start at six. Starting point is Tuomiokirkko. Participation is free!

Join our mapathon! ✨🌍

EGEA Turku is organizing a mapping event next Wednesday (April 8th) at 16:00, where we'll learn together and contribute to using open geographic data for humanitarian use. No previous experience needed, the event includes a briefing!

WHAT IS A MAPATHON?
A mapathon is a collaborative event where you can use online tools and satellite imagery to update digital maps. Through mapathons, we can respond to the needs of different areas and add previously unmapped regions to the world map.

You'll need:
- Your own computer
- A mouse (not necessary, but it can be useful)
- An OpenStreetMap account (we can also help with this

Come sled your heart out and enjoy Turku's beautiful winter landscape with friends - or make new ones on the spot! When the cold hits, warm juice will keep you going.

We'll have a few sleds available to borrow, but feel free to bring your own.
