🎭 Founded in 1976 by a collective of artists led by Fabià Puigserver, Teatre Lliure in Barcelona has become one of Spain’s most influential centres for theatrical creation and performance.

Its historic venue, Lliure de Gràcia, has hosted some of the most iconic productions in the history of Catalan theatre. Its flexible and transformable stage layout it introduced a new model of theatrical expression to Catalonia and helped shape a generation of stage innovation.

Today, through the Ànima Lliure initiative, the theatre continues to push boundaries by championing diversity and inclusion. The project opens the stage to voices, perspectives, and bodies that are too often absent from traditional performance spaces, transforming the theatre into a place where the invisible becomes increasingly visible.

Teatre Lliure was our first customer outside the Nordic countries, seven years ago. We are proud to collaborate with a pioneering theatre that has consistently led the way in artistic innovation, inspiring others in the performing arts community. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
