In May, we were happy to host over 70 government school teachers from Punjab, India in Turku.

The group was here for a 15-day training programme at Turun yliopisto - University of Turku, exploring Finnish teaching methods, visiting local schools, and seeing how research-driven pedagogy works in practice 🏫

This is already the fourth cohort of Punjabi teachers to train in Finland as part of Punjab's Sikhya Kranti education reform. Together, that brings the total to nearly 300 teachers trained here since 2024.

There's a reason musicians practice scales and athletes drill the same movements thousands of times 🔁

Mathematics works the same way. Fluency with the basics frees up mental space for the harder, more interesting problems later on. A student who has to think hard about '7 times 8' will struggle when that calculation is buried inside a longer word problem.

Eduten makes the repetition part less painful. Exercises adjust to each student's level, so they're not bored with what they already know, and not overwhelmed by what they don't.
