(FI/EN) Kurkkaa tunnelmia Laikkuun mahtuu koko maailma -kulttuurifestivaaleilta!

Lauantaina 6.6. Kulttuuritalo Laikku täyttyi musiikista, tanssista, kohtaamisista, iloisesta ja lämpimästä tunnelmasta. Tapahtuma jatkui vielä illalla G Livelabissa. Sateesta huolimatta kävijöitä oli tapahtumapäivänä yhteensä huikeat 2530, tori- ja ruokatoimijoita 30 ja esiintyjiä 36.

Suuren suuri kiitos yleisölle, kun tulitte mukaan kulttuurifestivaaleille! Iso kiitos meidän huikeille esiintyjille 67xNaked, Indaba, Sounds of South America, Dr. Smeđi Šećer, Emilia Sisco, Fernanda Molina, Puutarhurit-esiintyjät, Sankalana Dance Group & IX:UNE Dance Crew, upealle juontajalle Suna Mikkolalle sekä Tunisia suurlähettiläs Nabiha Hajjajille festivaalin avauksesta. Kiitos myös ihanille yhdistyksille, käsityötaiteilijoille, toritoimijoille ja ruokamyyjille, jotka toitte iloa, ainutlaatuista osaamista, aktiviteetteja sekä herkullisia makuja tapahtumapäivään. Te kaikki yhdessä teitte tapahtumasta ainutlaatuisen.❤️

Check out the atmosphere from the Laikku and the Whole World cultural festival!

On Saturday 6.6. Culture House Laikku was filled with music, dance, encounters and a happy and warm atmosphere. The festival continued in the evening in G Livelab. Despite the rain, there were a total of 2530 visitors on the event day, 30 market and food operators and 36 performers.

Big thanks to the lovely audience who came to celebrate the cultural festival! Many thanks to our amazing performers 67xNaked, Indaba, Sounds of South America, Dr. Smeđi Šećer, Emilia Sisco, Fernanda Molina, Gardeners performers, Sankalana Dance Group & IX:UNE Dance Crew, wonderful host Suna Mikkola and H.E. Ambassador Nabiha Hajjaji of Embassy of Tunis for the opening speech. Warm thanks to the wonderful associations, craft artists, market operators and food vendors who brought joy, unique skills, activities and delicious flavors to the event day. You all made the event unique! ❤️

(FI/EN) Laikkuun mahtuu koko maailma ‑kulttuurifestivaalilla on nähtävillä myös upeita tanssiesityksiä, jotka tuovat mukanaan energiaa, värejä ja kulttuurien rikkautta!💃

IX: UNE Dance crew on kuuden nuoren; Amelien, Sathitan, Wenlan, Suwadeen, Ellan ja Ruthin muodostama maineikas tanssiryhmä Tampereelta. He haluavat esityksellään tuoda iloa ja hauskaa tanssin fiilistä thaimaalaisen pop-musiikin tahtiin.



Sankalana Dance Club tunnelmissa astut Sri Lankan sykkeeseen loisteliaiden kandylaisten ja low country -tanssien myötä. Rumpujen, tulen ja pelottomien liikkeiden pyörremyrsky. Lumoava värien ja rytmin purkaus, joka herättää muinaiset tarinat eloon häikäisevällä tavalla.

At the Laikku and the Whole World -cultural festival you can also enjoy stunning dance performances that bring energy, colour and the richness of cultures to the stage.

IX: UNE Dance Crew is a renowned group from Tampere, formed by six young dancers: Amelie, Sathita, Wenlan, Suwadee, Ella and Ruth. Their performance aims to spread joy and a fun, uplifting dance vibe to the rhythm of Thai pop music.

With Sankalana Dance Club, you’ll step into the heartbeat of Sri Lanka through magnificent Kandyan and low‑country dances, a whirlwind of drums, fire and fearless movement. A captivating burst of colour and rhythm that brings ancient stories to life in a dazzling way.
