EmblaCom to provide expanded business communications for leading Latin American operator

A major Latin American operator has announced their decision to use EmblaCom for even more of their next-generation business communication services. With over 20 million subscribers, this convergent operator is part of the biggest operator group in Latin America. The operator chose EmblaCom based on the excellent features and performance of its solutions, as well as the positive experience of working together previously. EmblaCom’s ability to integrate with other network elements was also an important factor in the decision. In future, the EmblaCom platform will have a very central role in all of the operator’s business services.

EmblaCom brings business services for another five America Movil operators

The success for EmblaCom services in Latin America continues. Now five new countries will start with EmblaCom Mobility Suite services, as EmblaCom signed five new contracts with America Movil group.

“Business voice services EmblaCom provides fits perfectly into America Movil’s plans to increase ARPU and focus on the business customers, especially the small and medium size companies” says Jose Llabres, EmblaCom VP Sales & Marketing in the region. EmblaCom´s strategy to focus on micro and small companies where fixed PBXs are not commonly in use is attracting many operators as there is no need to replace existing PBXs, which always is difficult and time consuming task.

With these new contracts, EmblaCom has taken a leading place as a value added business voice services provider for SOHO/SME segment in America Movil group. “If we achieve even a portion of the success among business users we have experienced in the Nordics – EmblaCom´s future looks extremely interesting”, says Ilari Parkkinen, EmblaCom CEO.

EmblaCom bundles PBX with Tablet together with leading operator

Tier 1 operator from America Movil group launched a product bundling PBX functionality and Tablet. This bundle targets not only small businesses but also consumers.
