Giving candidates an option of applying with their LinkedIn profile is NOT simplifying your recruitment process, if you're still:

→ Using outdated screening methods
→ Leaving your job descriptions vague
→ Making candidates go through 10-page application forms

Respect your candidate's time by at least going through the process yourself.

→ Optimize the site for mobile
→ Communicate transparently
→ Provide feedback
→ Use the right tools
