Huomenna nähdään Teurastamolla!

🧡 Lämpimästi tervetuloa klo 18-22 - saavu ystävien tai koko perheen voimin, tai sitten ihan omassa rauhassa!

🗺 Tapahtumassa ei ole tiettyä reittiä, vaan voit katsoa teoksia haluamassasi järjestyksessä.

☕ Teosten ja gallerian lisäksi alueella palvelee tuttuun tapaan Cafe Reflektor, josta saa lämpimiä ja kylmiä juomia, sekä pientä makeaa purtavaa. Lisäksi lukuisat Teurastamon ravintolat pitävät nälän loitolla!

♿️ Tapahtuma-alue on muutoin esteetön, m***a Kohta Taidehalliin vievät portaat ja sinne ei ole esteetöntä pääsyä.

🚃 Saavut Teurastamolle kätevästi metrolla, bussilla, ratikalla tai pyörällä! Sijaitsemme vain pienen kävelymatkan päässä sekä kauppakeskus Redistä että Sörnäisistä, ja bussilla 56 pääset myös suoraan viereen. Lähin parkkihalli sijaitsee Redissä.

🧡 You’re warmly welcome from 6 PM to 10 PM — come with friends, family, or enjoy the evening at your own pace!

🗺 There’s no set route for the event — feel free to explore the artworks in any order you like.

☕ In addition to the artworks and the gallery, Cafe Reflektor will be open as usual, serving hot and cold drinks as well as sweet treats. And of course, Teurastamo’s many restaurants will make sure no one goes hungry!

♿️ The event area is otherwise accessible, but please note that Kohta Kunsthalle can only be reached by stairs and does not have step-free access.

🚃 You can easily reach Teurastamo by metro, bus, tram, or bike! We’re just a short walk from both Redi shopping centre and Sörnäinen, and bus 56 stops right nearby. The nearest parking garage is located at Redi.

Reflektor juhlistaa ukrainalaista kulttuuria Teurastamolla 22.-25.10.2025! 🇺🇦 Osana Luodinkestävät kuvat -ohjelmistoa festivaalilla nähdään jättimäinen yhteisötaideteos ja kulttuurin merkitystä käsittelevä seminaari.

Ukraine Maps on yhteisteos, jonka tekemiseen osallistui noin 100 ukrainalaista lasta, nuorta ja aikuista Ukrainalaisten yhdistys Suomessa ry:n järjestämissä työpajoissa. Teos tekee näkyväksi ukrainalaista kulttuuria - tekijät ovat ottaneet inspiraatiota kuuluisan ukrainalaisen kansantaiteilijan Maria Prymachenko teoksista. Lopputuloksena on osallistujien piirustuksista ja maalauksista syntynyt kokoelma, joka heijastetaan suurelle valkokankaalle 📽

Luodinkestävät kuvat -hanke juhlii, kannustaa ja raivaa tilaa ukrainalaiselle kulttuurille. Ohjelmisto on toteutettu yhteistyössä Ukrainalaisten yhdistys Suomessa kanssa, Opetus- ja kulttuuriministeriön tuella, ja se antaa tilaa ja näkyvyyttä ukrainalaiselle kulttuurille Suomessa ja Euroopassa.

Ukraine Maps on nähtävillä Reflektor Teurastamolla 22.–25.10.2025 klo 18–22.

Reflektor celebrates Ukrainian culture at Teurastamo, October 22–25, 2025! 🇺🇦
As part of the Bulletproof Images program, the festival will feature a massive community artwork and a seminar exploring the meaning of culture.

Ukraine Maps is a collaborative artwork created by around 100 Ukrainian children, young people, and adults in workshops organized by the Ukrainian Association in Finland. The piece highlights Ukrainian culture — the participants drew inspiration from the works of the famous Ukrainian folk artist Maria Prymachenko. The result is a collection of drawings and paintings by the participants, projected onto a large screen 📽

The Bulletproof Images project celebrates, encourages, and makes space for Ukrainian culture. The program is organized in collaboration with the Ukrainian Association in Finland, supported by the Ministry of Education and Culture. It gives room and visibility to Ukrainian culture in Finland and across Europe.

Ukraine Maps will be on view at Reflektor Teurastamo from October 22 to 25, 2025, between 6 PM and 10 PM.
