RiverRecycle Ghana 🇬🇭 participated in the Ghana Ocean Festival from 3rd to 5th June, organised by Plastic Punch. The three-day event brought together schools, community organisations, environmental practitioners, and policymakers addressing plastic pollution across Ghana's rivers, coastlines, and water bodies. 🌊

At the exhibition, RR Ghana showcased recycled plastic boards, demonstrating how plastic waste collected from waterways can be processed into structural building materials. The response from attendees, many of whom were seeing the end product for the first time, was significant.

Ghana 🇬🇭 is one of five countries where RiverRecycle currently operates.
