2023…Toulouse-Helsinki

Whoaouuu so many things happened that I even do not realize that 2023 is already over…

✅ January to March:
Teaching Vinyasa and Yin Yoga classes in small or individual group

✅ January to July : I got the great privilege to follow (sport massage wise) incredible athletes on a regular basis and also during their main competition ➡️CrossFit semifinals and Frenchthrowdom

✅ April: I moved here in Helsinki…A new Life started for me in Finland 😊

✅ June : I get my permanent resident clearance in Finland 😅 & create my Y-Tunnus here in Helsinki…

✅ July: I started again my Massotherapist activity in Töölö

✅ August : I taught my first yoga class in Finland

✅ September : I extended my Massotherapist activity in Jätkäsaari too ☺️

✅ October : back in France to continue learning with an American Trigger point expert .

✅ November : despite my computer allergy I created my website …quite proud of me

✅ December: becoming more and more comfortable with the secondary Asthanga serie 🧘‍♀️
