Did you know no one truly knows who invented Eggs Benedict? 🍳👀
Some say it was created in 1894 for a hungover Wall Street broker named Lemuel Benedict... Others claim it was Mrs. LeGrand Benedict who asked for something new at Delmonico’s restaurant. Either way, we’re just glad it exists, and trust us, our version is worthy of its mysterious beginnings.
