Job Title: Direct Sales Representative

Description: The job holder is responsible for
• Sell decoder and keep relevant records
• Attend morning sessions on time and get aligned on daily targets, route plans, and other updates
• Receive sales tools: prospecting book, Decoder, uniform, bag, flier, brochure, pen
• Align with teammate and go to the assigned territory
• Meet prospects, present about DStv, sell decoder, and keep relevant records
• Hand over cash for sold decoders, daily sales details, return decoders, and trade marketing materials to the Team leader at end of work.
Job Requirement: 12 grades complete, TEVT college or University graduated with a Level or Diploma in any field or college, or university drops out and has interest and little experience in sales especial decoder selling experience.
Number of Required staff: 400
