መስከረም [ነገረ ስም] - "መስ" - ዐለፈ ፣ "ከረም" - ክረምት ፤ ሲገናኝ መስከረም ክረምት ዐለፈ ማለት ነው።

በዚህ ብሩህ ወር ለልጆች ቢሆን ገና አስኳላ ለጀመሩ ፣ ለታዳጊ እና ወጣቶች ቢሆን ትንሽ ጉድ ጉድ ላሉ እናም ለኮሌጅ ተማሪዎች ብሎም ኮሌጅ በጥሰዉ ሌላ ለቀጠሉ ፤ መልካም የትምህርት ዘመን ተመኘንልዎት።
