Indoor cycling with IC6 indoor cycle incorporating a color-coded system that allows riders to track
and monitor their performance in real-time.

The colors range from gray⚪️ (the easiest) to
red🔴 (the most challenging), and riders are encouraged to stay within their designated
zone throughout the class.
