A three-day Training of Trainers on advocacy skills, gender equality, and women’s roles in peace and security, held from March 26–28 at GTWTC, was successfully completed.

We were honored to host senior officials from Bread for the World for a productive two-day field visit to our project sites in Konso and Burji.
​The visit focused on evaluating the lasting impact of our previous food security initiatives and monitoring the progress of our current livelihood enhancement programs. Beyond site inspections, the visit served as a valuable platform for experience sharing between the Bread for the World and EECMY-DASSC teams.
​Through in-depth discussions, we addressed implementation challenges, identified strategic "ways forward," and laid the groundwork for future collaboration. It was truly a fruitful exchange that reaffirmed our shared commitment to community resilience.

The Ethiopian Evangelical Church Mekane Yesus Development and Social Services Commission has conducted vital training and an Awareness-raising Campaign in Kercha and BuleHora to enhance women's Land Rights and Promote Gender Justice.
The initiative engaged Church leaders, Traditional authorities, and Government representatives to foster understanding and bring about sustainable change.
