BALe'EJ is a a start up manufacturing company mainly focusing on the production of Metal, Wood, Aluminium structural and related products as well as Home and Office Appliances.

I here by announce that BALe'EJ offers Mechanical and Industrial students of Higher Education Institutes to join and work in collaboration through a serious of INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS.

The main goal of these internship program is to offer undergradution students an opportunity that not only allows them maintain and develop their academic knowledge but also to make them competent and broaden their job experience. Also this internship program being as a platform are aimed to allow students work on innovative ideas and concepts that they can use as a milestone for their final year thesis projects.

Further, through their stay in BALe'EJ in accordance with their performance rate, BALe'EJ will prepare an opportunity for further employment opportunity both in BALe'EJ and in other companies through Industry-to-Industry linkages.

BALe'EJ will also provide each intern with Work experience and Recommendation letters.

Prequests for application.

1. CGPA > 3.2
2. Excellent knowledge and experience in AutoCad and Solidworks softwares including Simulation.
3. Excellent ability in CNC coding.
4. Very Good with Graphics design.
5. Excellent knowledge in MECHANISMS OF MACHINERY.
6. Excellent in Raw Material optimization production sequence and Bill of Material Estimation.
7. Excellent Knowledge on project management, TQM, KAIZEN & BSC.
