Day 1 Challenge: Drink a full glass of water as soon as you wake up! π§π¦
This will jumpstart your body after it's been fasting from liquids all night.
EXTRA CREDIT: Keep a bottle of water by your side all day to make it easier to stay hydrated!
Why is this self care? Generally speaking, we often forget to drink enough water regularly. Unfortunately, this dehydration can make us move slower, feel less energized, and just gets in the way of allowing our bodies to function as they need to.
