Your tasks and responsibilities

Establish partnerships with International companies, relevant ministers, hospitals, and NGOs
Develop appropriate messaging that aligns with the company's and the project values and objectives
Conduct research and analysis of stakeholder needs and expectations.
Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate stakeholder engagement activities to ensure their effectiveness
Monitor stakeholder feedback and concerns and provide a timely response.
Represent the company in stakeholder meetings and events.

Your qualifications and skills
BA degree in social science or related fields
Advanced English Communication skill with proven Writing + Speaking
Expert in negotiation and networking skills.
Proven interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Your Working Experience
3+ Years’ Experience in developing messaging and communication strategies.
Proven record of accomplishment in stakeholder management.
Demonstrated experience in establishing partnerships with International Companies ministers, hospitals, and NGOs

Salary and time of contract
Six month
40,000birr( monthly net payment)

Job Title: Laravel backend developer

Job Type: Permanent (Full-time)

Work Location: Addis Ababa

Description: We're looking for an experienced Laravel backend developer to join our team to work on a specific project in collaboration with other developers. The application is built using Flutter, and the developer will be responsible for developing the backend API, implementing real-time features using Socket.io and Laravel WebSockets, and integrating third-party payment solutions such as Telebirr.

Requirements:
- BSc degree in IT related field
- 1+ years of experience working as a Laravel backend developer
- Solid understanding of Laravel framework and its components
- Proficiency in PHP programming language
- Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL
- Experience with version control systems like Git, GitHub
- Understanding of software development principles, such as OOP, design patterns, and SOLID
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Experience with real-time web technologies such as Socket.io and Laravel WebSockets
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Salary: 11,000 Net payment
