ቃልኪዳን ተሻገር የስለ እናት ማህበር የፕሮግራም ዳይሬክተር ስትሆን ድግሪዋን በሳይኮሎጂ ማሰተርሷን ደግሞ በሊደርሺፕ አግኝታለች። በስራ ህይወቷ በተለያዩ መንግስታዊ ያልሆኑ ድርጅቶች ላይ እና ችግር ላይ ያሉ ህጻናቶች ላይ ሰርታለች። በወላጅ አልባ ሕፃናት ማሳደጊያዎች ውስጥ የተስተካከለ ሽግግርን ለማመቻቸት የታለመ የሥልጠና ማኑዋሎች እንዲዘጋጅ የበኩሏን አስተዋጽኦ አበርክታለች እና በአዲስ አበባ ለሚገኙ በርካታ ሕፃናት ማሳደጊያዎች ሥልጠና ሰጥታለች። የመጠለያ አገልግሎት አቅራቢ ህብረት አባል ነች፣ በዚህም ምክኒያት በኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ ለሚገኙ ሁሉም መጠለያዎች መመሪያዎችን በማዘጋጀት ንቁ ተሳትፎ አድርጋለች። በአሁኑ ሰአት የስለ እናት ማህበር የፕሮግራም ዳይሬክተር ነች።

Meet our panelist

Kalkidan Teshager have a background in psychology with a master's degree in leadership. Throughout her career, she have gained experience working with various NGOs and vulnerable children. She have contributed to the development of training manuals aimed at facilitating smooth transitions in orphanages and have conducted training sessions for numerous orphanages in Addis Ababa.As a member of the Shelter Service Provider Consortium, She actively involved in creating guidelines for all shelters in Ethiopia. Currently, She hold the position of Program Director at Sele Enat Charitable Organization

መጋቢት 02 ፣ 2016 ከ ረፋዱ 8:30 ጀምሮ 6 ኪሎ በሚገኘው በ ጎተ ኢንትቲትዩት ውቢት ስቱዲዮ በሚሰሩ እናቶች ለይ የሚያተኩር የአኒሜሽን ፊልም ያሳያል። ከ አኒሜኝን ፊልሙ በተጨማሪ በሚሰሩ እናቶች ዙሪያ የፓናል ውይይት ይደረጋል። በዚህም ቀን የአኒሜኝን ፊልሙን እንዲያዩ እና የፓናል ውይይቱ ተሳታፊ እንዲሆኑ ተጋብዘዋል።
