We, Efuye Gelas, are against the Work-Life Balance mantra. We believe Work is the scent of Life and Life is the lab for Work. And a company’s performance is the sum of its worker’s quality of life. We believe, Investing on our Team’s' quality of life is investing in a company's growth. The real question should be, how should company’s invest in people’s lives and how much is too much and how much is enough to invest?

This week, we traded spreadsheets for soccer match) for our regular team-building session. Why? Because fostering connection, fun, and a sense of "like" among colleagues has a real impact on our success.

WEZE Session

we are thrilled to share the latest from the Weze campaign! As part of STEP initiative, we’ve developed a dynamic game toolkit that's revolutionizing how we approach training, training toolkits, and educational games. This approach is transforming how we raise awareness about decent work among workers, managers, in-company trainers, TVET instructors, and students.

Our gamified strategy creates fun and interactivity into every aspect of learning. Through interactive challenges, simulations, and rewards, participants engage deeply in understanding what decent work truly entails. They explore their own work environments, rights, and behaviors, and discover practical strategies to tackle workplace challenges—all while enjoying an immersive experience!

The impact has been remarkable, fostering collaboration, empowering participants with actionable knowledge, and sparking lasting insights.
