In partnership with our country’s library consortium (Consortium of Ethiopian Academic & Research Libraries (CEARL), with ASTU serving as an executive member), EIFL has negotiated a number of agreements with publishers that secure waived or discounted Article Processing Charges (APCs) for corresponding authors to publish their articles in open access. If you click on the Download button (https://www.eifl.net/sites/default/files/resources/202002/ethiopia_corresponding_authors_journals_apc_waivers_and_discounts.xlsx) , you will be able to get a full list of eligible journals for corresponding authors from your country to publish in open access under these agreements.
