Couch

A ‘couch potato’ is a lazy person.
‘Don’t be a couch potato. Come to the park with us.’

‘Lounging around’ also describes the activity of someone who is lying or sitting around, typically relaxing, or doing nothing.
‘Stop lounging around. Go and do your homework.’

On the other hand, if someone is ‘full of beans’ they are full of energy, like a child who cannot sit still.
‘She is full of beans today.’
