I remember one lovely summer afternoon on a terrace in Italy…

My friends and I were eating the classic combination of melon and prosciutto with some cold white wine and the moment was just so perfect.

This dish was inspired by that memory - the pasta was stuffed with a melon filling and topped with charred chunks of melon in a sweet and savory fig sauce. On top, for a hit of salt and umami, we sprinkled jamón powder that we (of course) made in-house 😋

It’s officially 2026 and maybe we’re feeling slightly heavier 🤭 but the fun doesn’t have to stop! Join us Friday, January 16 as we kick off the new year together with another all-veggie tasting menu! ✨

Enjoy the surprising bold flavors and textures of this season’s produce with seriously delicious dishes plus a non-alcoholic cocktail pairing once again from our friends .bar 🍹🤤

For the gluttonous among us, meat and wine pairing options are also available 🍖🍷😏
