😋 PESTO & MUSHROOM LASAGNA 😋
This is our sinfully rich tomato free vegetarian lasagna layered with basil pesto, mozzarella, parmesan, and ricotta cheeses. The “meat” of our dish is a combination of swiss chard, spinach, and mushrooms all sautéed in our secret white wine sauce.

We want to share more details on our foods. For our traditional lasagna we have selected choice cuts of pork and beef which are ground with our proprietary blend of herbs and spices to create a legendary tomato meat sauce which we layer with with mozzarella, parmesan, and ricotta all nestled between three layers of pasta. Both our lasagnas have 6 servings, but we know some may not be able to hold back and will need than one serving!
