I LOVE DISCOVERING THE WORLD THROUGH FOOD 🌍

Over the years, I've recreated soups from all over the world in my own kitchen: French onion soup, cioppino, Irish soup with soda bread, bouillabaisse, gazpacho, Japanese Kenchin-jiru, chowder... and many more.

I love exploring different cultures through their culinary traditions 🥰

Today I made borscht, served with sturgeon, crispy croutons, and black caviar. It turned out absolutely delicious!
