1. Begin by applying a half moon shape using an angled brush and "Nefertiti" (Dynasty Palette)
2. Using "Bare" (Demure Palette) blend the outer edge out till you have no harsh lines
3. Then Using "Sun kissed" (Demure Palette) Pat onto the lid
4. Take "Little Black Dress" gel liner and apply your winged liner! And on the lower water line, create a dip toward the inner corner of the eyes!
5. Line the lower water line with "LBD gel liner" and blend it out using "Ecstasy" then "Wild Flower" (single shadows)
