A workshop that provides a safe and welcoming space for you to awaken your body-breath connections, while strengthening and toning the whole body. Using specific alignment based instructions; ignite energy, ground yourself into the present moment, and feel tensions drift away on every deep exhale.

With Niamh Condron, Certified Yoga teacher with YogaWorks, Los Angeles, holding a BA and MA in Dance. Currently based in Barcelona, lecturing BA students at the IAB Performing Arts Institution, and returning regularly to Ireland to deliver her 2 hour Yoga, Breath, & Movement workshops.
