Homemade dried fruit: strawberries will be ground into powder and used in a salad dressing (I’m thinking goat cheese and walnuts on ruccola), and in cake dough. Kiwi will go into a sauce for roast pork. The whole mix is delicious in cereals with milk or simply as a snack.
