My first business event and definitely no fun was had at all…😉

Over 700 people in one room, all building within the same company, using the same products, yet finding success in both duplicatable systems and in their own ways. The energy, the learning, the conversations, the growth… unreal.

Here are my 8 biggest take aways:

1. This business is fricken amazing.
This business gives you so much more than income. It gives you health, community, support, time, freedom, personal growth, relationships, impact, and purpose. It truly is unlike anything else.

2. Get in rooms with people who have what you want.
Being around people smarter and more successful than you forces growth. It motivates you, but it also makes you realize they aren’t anything you can’t become.

3. Limiting beliefs are BS.
You can achieve so much when you find ALIGNMENT, alignment in your values, your passions, and your goals. That’s when everything starts to shift and the limiting beliefs go away.

4. Consistency > perfection.
If you’re consistent in your day to day actions, forget about perfection, and be authentic, it’s not a matter of if, it’s a matter of when.

5. Nothing will change if you wait until you are ready.
If you wait for the perfect time, more money, more confidence… you’ll never start. Time passes either way. How you use it is up to you.

6. You choose your hard.
Building a business takes hard work. Staying in a 9–5 that drains you is hard. Work hard now to create a life by design, or accept the hard of staying stuck.

7. Long term success is a marathon.
Nothing worthwhile happens overnight. You won’t always see instant results, but one day you’ll look back and realize how far you’ve come.

8. Gratitude changes everything.
If you’re not grateful for what you have now, you won’t be able to receive what you want next. Gratitude is the foundation.

So grateful for this weekend, the people, the conversations, and the reminder of what’s possible.
