? It is said this castle was one of the ones that inspired Walt Disney to build Magik Kingdom, the famous Disney castle.

💬 Being in front of that gigantic structure was like opening one of my childhood history books where I use to see it and being transported to that place immediately. WOW! It just leave you breathless for a moment.
The Segovian Aqueduct was built by the romans over 2000 years ago.... And it still in working order to this very day!

💬 Just got off the car after about an hour and a half from Madrid and the sun was already covering this beautiful and ancient city...
Can you see the statue of the man with a plate in his hand 'cutting' a cooked piglet?
Long story short, this way of cutting the traditional segovian piglet, was invented by a famous cook who had a restaurant near the aqueduct, when he had to cut the meat in front of his customers, but did not have a knife nearby. Seeing that he did not have what to cut the suckling pig with, he decided to use a plate to do it, which fascinated the customers who were there. Nowadays, it is known if the suckling pig is well cooked and tender if it can be easily cut with the plate.

3️⃣of3️⃣ NORTHERN IRELAND
💬 This rope bridge links the mainland to the tiny island of Carrickarede (meaning 'rock of the casting'). With 20 meters long and 30 meters above the rocks below, this bridge is nowadays mainly a tourist attraction. The bridge is open all year round, subject to weather.
