And who should that be?

Ideally, the couple.
Not the families nor the loudest voice in the room.

In every successful wedding, there is usually one person within the couple who leads. Not because they’re controlling per se—but because they’re clearer, calmer, or more decisive.

The decision-maker should be:
-The person who can decide without guilt
-The one who trusts the process
-The one who doesn’t need external validation
-The one who can say “this works” and move on

A wedding is not a democracy.
