رَبِّ إِنِّي لِمَا أَنْزَلْتَ إِلَيَّ مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَقِيرٌ

Prophet Musa ﷺ made this du'a during one of the most difficult moments of his life. He had fled Egypt to escape the Pharaoh and was alone in a new land without any shelter or income. He asked Allah for any goodness. In response to his du'a. Allah gave him a new home, a wife, a family, and a job. This is one of the best du'as to make to Allah when seeking a spouse or anything that you need in life. The du'a is generic because only Allah knows what is ultimately good for us.

"My Lord! I am truly in need of whatever provision You may have in store for me".
