We hosted the final of the ELLE Talent Project 2025 at our Impact Xcelerator—where bold ideas meet real-world solutions. In collaboration with ELLE, Inditex and IE Business School, this initiative celebrates young entrepreneurs creating sustainable, design-driven solutions with purpose.
🏆 First prize: CAPHAZ by Jessica Sabiote, a children’s fashion brand fostering autonomy for kids with learning differences
🥈 Second prize: Maison Admire by Maider Mendaza, redefining handbags with biomaterials and biodegradable design
Winners received scholarships to further their journey at IE Business School—because we believe real change starts with education, innovation and community.
