A nourishing half day retreat designed to deepen connection, creativity and presence between mothers and daughters.

Opening the day with a playful grounding yoga practice to arrive in the body, followed by a creative art session.
A little pause for refreshments and snacks, before closing with an immersive alchemy sound bath and heart led flower ritual.

It’s a space to slow down, create together and reconnect in a meaningful way.
